• Process: Natural + Carbonic Maceration. By utilizing Carbonic Maceration (fermenting the cherries in a CO2-rich, anaerobic environment), the natural fruit sugars are intensified, resulting in a wine-like acidity and incredible clarity of flavor.

• Varietal: Gesha (Geisha).

• Roast Level: Optimized to preserve delicate floral and fruity aromatics.

This coffee offers a multidimensional sensory experience, evolving as the cup cools:

• Primary: Rich Dark Chocolate & Sweet Strawberry.

• Acidity: Bright, citrusy Tangerine.
